Implanting is a simple and short-time surgical application performed under local anesthesia. A small incision is made in the gingiva, and a hole is opened into the bone using special devices called burs. And implants are inserted into these holes. Often a slight swelling occurs in the cheeks of patients for one or two days. Patients often suffer very few distress following an implant surgery.
Dental implants are titanium screws mimicking natural tooth roots. They are manufactured to make up the dental deficiency in the oral areas with lacking teeth. A mouth is restored as close as possible to its natural state through the use of dental implants. In this way, it becomes unnecessary to cut the adjacent teeth. If you have lacking teeth and if you do not have any adverse condition against the use of implants, then they are the most suitable treatment for you.
Implant applications are often performed in surgery conditions and under local anesthesia. The sutures applied postoperatively are removed one week after the operation. Implant supported denture application can be started following a waiting time period of 1.5 to 2 months depending on the bone and implant quality.
